Haiti Earthquake Relief
We keep Haiti in our prayers. In the aftermath of a natural disaster of the magnitude that Haiti suffered with a devastating earthquake, our faith prompts us to ask "how can we help?" and "what can we do?" It will take a while for the damage to be assessed, but we know that Haiti is poorly equipped to deal with such a disaster. Both Lutheran World Relief and Episcopal Relief and World Development have respected presence in Haiti. Find out more about the situation and how you can respond by visiting their websites:

Peer Minister Application for 2010/2011 Academic Year
It's time to start thinking about next year, and Lutheran Campus Ministry is looking for 1 new peer minister for the 2010/2011 Academic Year. This is a great opportunity to try out some leadership skills, get to know a lot of people, help shape the direction of Campus Ministry, and earn a small stipend! For more information and an application, click here. Applications are due May 17, 2010.
Refer a student
Do you know a student heading to the UW or other university? Here's a handy form that you can fill out and email, fax, or send to us. (Yes, of course, you can refer yourself! And we're happy to let Campus Ministry sites at other universities know that you or a student you know is headed their way!)

Peace be with you! This is a community grounded in worship, prayer, and hospitality for students.
We meet regularly for Worship and Dinner on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. at Covenant House - 4525 19th Ave NE - directions (basically across the street from the UW - 45th & 19th)
We are an open, affirming, and welcoming campus ministry at the University of Washington. We welcome students of all denominations, of all backgrounds, of all ethnicities, of all colors, of all sexualities - we invite everyone to be a part of challenging our faith and drawing closer to God. Our words and worship draw from the most ancient hearts of Christianity, while at the same time they are renewed by our modern minds. Church should not be a place where you leave your questions at the door - bring your doubts, your fears, your hopes, your joys - bring everything God has made you to be.
You are welcome here.
